ENTEL CHILE / ANASAC
Background
ENTEL CHILE S.A is a Chilenian telecommunications company whose headquarters are in Santiago de Chile and it is present also in Peru. It has been a governmental company until its complete privatization in 1992.
Challenges
ENTEL needed full migration from traditional voice telephony over IP ON-PREM to the Microsoft Cloud unified communications platform for 500 subscribers distributed in 23 branches with surviving and telephony monitoring.
Proposed solution
TB CHILE SA, a part of the Technology Bureau group, has been selected by ENTEL CHILE for the implementation of the ESBC and CCE platform to integrate the public telephone network via sip-trunk and Tenant of Office 365, with survivability for telephones in case of communication failure of the access network or cloud for its branches, with OVR software and compatible Microsoft phones.
To provide the solution, we have chosen one of our high-quality technology partners: AudioCodes.
With headquarters in Israel, AudioCodes is the world leader in the development of full compatible VoIP technologies for Microsoft products.
Benefits
The successful integration of all internal and external communications, outside the company domain, allowing the ease of operation and communication with the different branches distributed throughout the country, being the first case of success made by ENTEL on a Microsoft platform, allowing it to gain confidence and replicate the solution model to many other traditional conversion projects to UC Microsoft.
